Nowadays, many people easy to cheated with many disease. This disease to attack not to suppose with stage of age. Sometimes, the children easy to cheated with many dangerous disease even the age is young. Maybe this problem is start from they bad lifestyle. Now, parents is leading role with to inform they children what is important with healthy lifestyle.

What is important things is parents must to be a good leading role for their child to carry out the healthy lifestyle with start from our the dish. For the dish the parents must to give advise your child to eat a some food is suitable like eat more fruit even in our dish. Replace your snack or junk food with some having a nutrition like sandwich that add them with some extra veggies. In your dish try to eat low fat or fat free with to switching a skim milk or fat free yogurt and this can change too much in your diet.

Healthy lifestyle cannot be successful without some exercise. This is a important things in healthy lifestyle. It can start with some easy exercise like once a week just to do something little more activities with your family. Sometimes change it with walk more and take a walk around the block or on your treadmill.But if you busy your can do a exercise with walk the stairs at work.

For a goods results, the best is try to stop smoking. Smoking can increase a ability to get 40 types of disease. The best think is stop it and replace it with drink more mineral water and must trust yourself. Another things is you can handle your stress with always think a positive ways, try to calm, try to love yourself, get a enough to sleep, get a friend to express a problem, do your hobbies and this way can help you to get a healthy lifestyle. I know everybody knows that two little girls.They is a victim with child abduction in this country. Nurin Jazlin was died when she suddenly lost with a few days. All people was shocked about that incident. Until now we don't know who that's became a secret leader with that murder. Maybe Sharlinie can got that same fate with Nurin Jazlin because until now never know where Sharline lost.

Why this incident happened? Maybe from that parents or the society? In that case many people to oppose with that parents because many parents never to care about the safety with their children. The factor that happend a child abduction when the parents always to disregard for their child alone without caring from their parents. Then the parents to let their children to stay home alone without caring from some adult because many parents nowadays busy to work and they to consider while that children can cary that himself.

For that, the society must have take a some good started with to teach our children to make sure our children not alone when they go out to playing with friends. Make sure the parents know who our children friend's. Teach our children never to talk with someone never know or never to take some things from them. For parents must knows that time when their children go or back from school and make sure the parents must know who take our children. That important the parents must take care about children and never to careless with their children. We don't to easy to believe someone that to new know.

My Favourite Past Time..

I really like when I have a my past time because I can do anything I want. I think when I take home I really have my past time. My favourite past time is I like to reading novel. During my semester break I make sure to buy many novel for me fill my past time. I like to read novel when midnight because I can more feel that story. I can't stop reading until the story finish because I want to know what happen that ending of story. Sometimes when I reading novel I don't care about my eating because I to conscientiously it. My favourite novel is "Setia Menanti" and I remember that I only finish it one night then I so sentimental when I read it. I so touched.Beside that, I like to cook. I always to try a new recipe.Sometimes I like to bake cake and I so happy when my family eating what I cook. But, now I not have my past time because I was busy for my class,assignment,quiz and test. But, I still to find my past time. Every weekend, I like to hang out with my friends. I like to karaoke together. We make sure to sing we favourite song that is "Tiga Malam Tanpa Bintang".We like crazy when sing this song. He..He.. Beside that after we finish karaoke we always to watch movie together. We always watch at Teruntum or Megamall. Sometimes we watch two movie in one day. After that I like to shopping with them. I like to buy anything about make up. Even I have many lip gloss I still bought it. So I like to hang out with my friend because I cant reliase my tension and sometimes I cant make a joke with them. We can change some opinion and information. Ohh.. I really miss my past time..

Landslide...

I never have any exprience that landslide happens. But from my information I know about it through my opinion and I just wacthing in televisyen. Nowadays, that hot issues now is Landslide. Many people outside talking about it. Many people awakening that through incident at Bukit Antarabangsa. That happends at December 2008 occured about 4a.m and which burried about 14 bungalows. That incident was killing 5 people were Shaiful Khas Shahrudin, 20, Dr N. Yogeswari, 40, and Eng Yee Peng, 30, an Indonesian maid identified as Surinah and an unidentified man. Beside that the 14 people injured in the incident has been first aid first before being sent to hospital in ambulances.Eight of the 14 affected bungalows were in Taman Bukit Utama and the other six in Taman Bukit Mewah. Is is serious happend in this year after landslide which hit bungalow in Ulu Yam Perdana, Gombak. Form my opinion the landslide happends through a many factors from natural phenomenon or from human activities. That movement is from high area to low area that to attend steep slope cause from reaction of gravity attraction. From a natural cause thats factors through groundwater,loss or absence of vertical vegetative structure, soil nutrients, and soil sturcture.From the human activities that the vibrations from machinery or traffic and the activities of earthwork which alters the shape of a shape. My discover I know that have many types of landslide. That is Debris flow, Earth flow, Debris avalanche, Sturzstrom, Shallow landslide and Deep-seated landslide. Until now never people have can find trend of throughs to handle that issues. All people just easy to talk but for handle it they never to do it. Form my opinion nowadays all people just thingking about money and the never care about that earth..
